Welcome to QR Lite! These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the QR Lite website and services (collectively, the "Service"). Please read these Terms carefully before using the Service.

By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you disagree with any part of these Terms, you may not access the Service.

1. Accounts

When you create an account with us, you must provide information that is accurate, complete, and current at all times. Failure to do so constitutes a breach of these Terms, which may result in immediate termination of your account.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and password, and for all activities that occur under your account, whether or not you are aware of them. You agree not to disclose your password to any third party and must notify us immediately upon becoming aware of any breach of security or unauthorized use of your account.

2. Age Restrictions

The Service is not intended for use by individuals under the age of 13. By using the Service, you represent and warrant that you are at least 13 years of age.

3. Use of the Service

QR Lite grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the Service for your lawful personal or business purposes, strictly in accordance with these Terms.

You agree not to use the Service:

• For any unlawful purpose or to solicit others to perform or participate in any unlawful acts.
• To violate any international, federal, provincial, or state regulations, rules, laws, or local ordinances.
• To infringe upon or violate our intellectual property rights or the intellectual property rights of others.
• To harass, abuse, insult, harm, defame, slander, disparage, intimidate, or discriminate based on gender, sexual orientation, religion, ethnicity, race, age, national origin, or disability.
• To submit false or misleading information.
• To upload or transmit viruses or any other type of malicious code that will or may be used to affect the functionality or operation of the Service or any related website, other websites, or the Internet.
• To use the Service to create, distribute, or promote QR codes that link to illegal, harmful, or inappropriate content.

4. Subscription Plans and Payments

QR Lite offers both free and paid subscription plans. The features and limitations of each plan are detailed on our website.

• Free Plan: Allows limited use of the Service, such as creating a capped number of QR codes with basic customization options.
• Paid Plans: Provide enhanced features, such as unlimited QR code creation, advanced customization, and analytics. Paid subscriptions are billed [monthly/annually] in advance. Pricing is available on our website and subject to change, though changes will not affect the current billing cycle.

Payments are processed securely through Stripe, a third-party payment processor. By subscribing to a paid plan, you agree to Stripe's terms of service, available at https://stripe.com/legal/ssa. Subscriptions automatically renew at the end of each billing cycle unless canceled. You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings or by contacting us. Cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing cycle, and no further charges will apply.

Refunds are not provided for payments already made, except as required by applicable law.

5. Intellectual Property

The Service, including its original content, features, and functionality (but excluding content provided by users), is and will remain the exclusive property of the creators QRLite and its licensors. The Service is protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws of United States and foreign countries.

6. User Content

You retain ownership of any content you create using the Service ("User Content"), such as QR codes and associated links. By creating User Content, you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, store, display, reproduce, and distribute your User Content solely for the purpose of operating, developing, providing, and improving the Service.

You represent and warrant that your User Content does not violate any third-party rights, including intellectual property rights, and that you have all necessary permissions to grant the above license.

7. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including if you breach these Terms or engage in conduct we deem harmful to the Service or other users. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will cease immediately. If you wish to terminate your account, you may discontinue using the Service or delete your account via the provided feature.

Upon termination, your data may be deleted in accordance with our data retention policy or applicable law.

8. Disclaimer

Your use of the Service is at your sole risk. The Service is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, or course of performance. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, we exclude all representations, warranties, and conditions relating to the Service.

We do not warrant that: (a) the Service will function uninterrupted, secure, or available at any time or location; (b) any errors or defects will be corrected; (c) the Service is free of viruses or other harmful components; or (d) the results of using the Service will meet your requirements.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, QR Lite, its creators, its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from: (i) your access to or use of (or inability to access or use) the Service; (ii) any conduct or content of any third party on the Service; (iii) any content obtained from the Service; or (iv) unauthorized access, use, or alteration of your transmissions or content.

Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion of certain warranties or the limitation of liability for incidental or consequential damages, so some of the above limitations may not apply to you.

10. Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless QR Lite, its creators, its affiliates, and their respective officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses, including reasonable attorney's fees, arising out of or connected with your use of the Service, your User Content, or your violation of these Terms.

11. Third-Party Links and Services

The Service may contain links to third-party websites or services not owned or controlled by us, such as those embedded in user-generated QR codes. We have no control over and assume no responsibility for the content, privacy policies, or practices of any third-party websites or services. You acknowledge and agree that we are not liable for any damage or loss caused by your use of or reliance on such third-party content, goods, or services.

12. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Service shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of [e.g., the American Arbitration Association], and judgment on the award may be entered in any court of competent jurisdiction.

13. Changes
